The purpose of the customer success program is to continuously review the use of the OneView® solution in close corporation with you and ensure the system provides the expected value and support for you to reach your business goals.

Remote training

The training includes Basic and End User training sessions that are conducted over MS Teams or a similar platform. These training sessions aim to boost the customers’ daily use of the OneView® software, so you and your colleagues can utilize the systems’ features to their fullest.

Hour Bank

With a Premium SLA, customers have access to 10 additional hours of service for trouble-shooting support and other customer-specific issues not covered by the warranty.
