We are looking for someone who is excited about IT solutions that empower the green energy transition, and who is ready to develop their IT skills in a more specialized direction.
Working with us, you will become part of a small team with high expertise in wind farm technology, IP networks, and Linux systems. Our own Linux-based software, claVis, offers hardware-agnostic solutions to monitor and manage energy asset operations, including wind turbines and solar farms.

Our team ensures great customer satisfaction through proactive service and maintenance. As our IT Supporter, you will be working hands-on in managing customer incidents and being a key problem-solver on highly advanced SCADA issues, ensuring that our customers always experience high system reliability.
You will be handling support requests from our customers via telephone, e-mail, and other systems, and as the first contact for the customer, it is important that you are able to understand their concerns and “speak their language”.
Your main responsibilities as our IT Supporter will be:
- Accepting and processing support requests from customers.
- Preparing the configuration for new systems.
- Troubleshooting the claVis-Linux environment.
- Remote support for our service technicians in the field.
- Document new installations and update existing documentation.

We are open to candidates with various educational backgrounds and levels of experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience with SCADA systems and wind turbine controllers, but this is not a requirement. We can teach you all you need to know. If you have knowledge of Linux CLI and network communication, you are already off to a great start.
