Customer integration basic
You get complete consulting for implementation and personalized customization of our OneView® SCADA system from our Customer Integration Basic package. We also deliver manned support at the customer premises which will provides consultancy services.
These services include
- Minor customizations in the system if needed
- Securing that all users get a good start with the system
- On-the-job training in setting up service tickets, virtual events,and dashboards
- Scoping of the needs for adding an Advanced Customer Integration phase to the project
Advanced customer integration
From the Customer Integration Advanced package, we deliver manned support at the customer premises as well as supporting the development resources in our R&D department and our customization team in Service. You receive a training and on-premises configuration of your system leading to the optimized use of our SCADA software solutions and work process optimization.
The services of this package solution are fitted to the needs of each customer, but it might include:
- Analysis and description of current work processes and organization around the system
- Analysis and description of current asset management work processes
- A definition of how the system can raise efficiency and free internal resources by the use of our system
