We are looking for someone who can manage our outsourced IT setup and IT vendor and create and implement the IT strategy going forward. This position for now has 1-2 direct reports, but we are looking for the team to expand with at least 3 people more within the next period.
You will ensure smooth integration between internal systems and third-party services, working closely with external providers to align solutions with our business needs. While we have
outsourced certain aspects of our IT setup to trusted partners, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth integration between internal systems and third-party services.
You will work closely with external providers to ensure their solutions align with our operational needs and overall IT strategy, while also driving internal initiatives to streamline and enhance our technology landscape. Collaboration with the Compliance department is vital to ensure all IT processes meet strict data security and regulatory standards globally.
- You will play an important role in shaping our IT architecture, ensuring that we select and implement the right systems to meet our evolving business needs. This includes evaluating and purchasing the appropriate technologies, developing detailed implementation plans, and overseeing the integration of systems to ensure they align with our overall IT strategy.
- Lead the optimization of IT infrastructure, simplifying complex systems, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives to support growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess operational needs, implement tailored IT solutions, and improve productivity.
- Manage the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems to ensure stability and minimal downtime.
- Directly contribute to operational excellence by implementing IT solutions that drive efficiency and support global operations.
We are looking for an experienced IT profile with a strong technical background and the ability to make strategic decisions. You should have hands-on experience managing IT systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that technology supports business goals. Ideally, you have a background in system administration or a similar leadership role, with expertise in both operational and strategic aspects of IT.
