In this role, you will lead the QHSE compliance efforts within our Integrated Management System. Besides QHSE, our IMS includes ISO 27001, also managed in the department. We are currently acquiring a new system to support our integrated management efforts, and you will play a key role in its implementation. You’ll be responsible for preparing our new business units to comply with QHSE requirements and facilitate certifications.

Your main responsibilities as our QHSE Manager will be to:

• Maintain QHSE certifications, including internal and external audits.
• Participate in tenders, analyzing and documenting requested customer requirements.
• Monitor the QHSE year plan and changes to relevant standards and legislation, and instigate implementation of appropriate mitigations.
• Create and maintain QHSE parts of ESG/CSRD reports and facilitate.
• Project manage activities related to QHSE e.g., product carbon, etc.
• Participate in aligning QHSE into our IMS, anchored in SCADA International’s process landscape.
• Establish company standards/governance needed to achieve compliance
• Maintain a roadmap of compliance activities within QHSE.
• Revising QHSE documentation independently or in cooperation with the Global Process Manager.
• Manage nonconformities and follow up with corrective actions.
• Manage IMS-controlled documents.

There are many ways to qualify for this position. Ideally, you have a proven track record of working with the QHSE ISO standards and ESG, and are ready to lead our compliance and re-certification efforts from day one. Experience as a lead auditor within ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 is a plus, but not required.

We are looking for someone who either already is or quickly can become an expert in QHSE and

ESG/CSRD. The ideal candidate will lead our efforts to maintain and secure continued compliance with QHSE standards by collaborating with management, department managers, employees, and other stakeholders across the organization.

We expect you to be proactive, structured, and ambitious in your work and professional development, taking the lead on QHSE management, combining strong people skills with technical expertise. Most importantly, you understand the importance of compliance and can structure and can systematize a complex set of requirements and processes.
